Pricing and Payment

Tipping your cleaner is not required nor is it expected. If you feel that your cleaner has gone above and beyond the call of duty and you'd like to tip her, feel free to do so.

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.

Your Appointment

Most of our cleaners work on holidays. In the unlikely event that no one will be available to clean your property, you will be notified several weeks in advance. We'll work with you to develop an alternate cleaning time for that day.

No, you are not required to be present for your scheduled cleaning. You'll simply have to provide us with a copy of your house key.

Warranty

Yes, we absolutely do! We are proud of the quality of the work that we deliver and are certain that you'll be happy with it. If you feel that our work has been completed in an unsatisfactory manner, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

If, after your scheduled cleaning, you notice that something has been damaged and you suspect that we may be at fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Cleaning Supplies

No, all cleaning supplies that are required to clean your
home properly will be provided by us.

Yes, In addition, we carry one million dollars of general liability insurance, which covers us for such things as accidental damage, fire, and theft.

YES, upon a clients request we will provide a background check, and a criminal record check.

Yes. Our online payment system uses Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
